4. Main principle: No pre-made food! In some delivery services, rolls are twisted in advance and stored in the refrigerator. At Sushi Market, this is strictly forbidden. Our standard: We start preparing your order only after it has entered the system. This is called made-to-order cooking. That is why the rice in your rolls remains tender, and the nori — fragrant and elastic.
